After that, one and a half cups of chopped tomatoes, one teaspoon of garlic salt and ¼ cup of water are added to the chicken.  Stir the whole mixture. Then the whole mixture needs to season with one and a half teaspoons of Shalimar garam masala. Bring the whole mixture to boil. Then the heat is reduced to around medium flame. The big skillet then needs to covered and simmered for around  10 minutes. The mixture needs to stir at a regular interval.   

Step two: Add the remaining half teaspoons of Garam Masala to the chicken mixture. Increase the heat to medium flame and let the mixture boil for around five more minutes. One needs to cook until the chicken is pink in the center and the juices run clear. After adding a thermometer into the center of the chicken breasts, the ideal temperature should read around 165-degree Fahrenheit which is around 74 degrees Celcius. And Vola! Recipe for grilled lamb chops with garam masala and cumin

The main ingredients that are being used may include one tablespoon of  Shalimar Garam Masala, the Garam Masala India, one teaspoon of ground cumin, one teaspoon of ground red chili powder or half a teaspoon of cayenne powder, one and a half teaspoon of fine sea salt, 12 pieces of lamb chops which should be around 1 inch thick, one-fourth cup of olive oil in addition to two limes quartered and cut into two half. 

Preparation Method:

Step 1: Mix all the spices like one tablespoon of  Shalimar Garam Masala, the Garam Masala India, one teaspoon of ground cumin, one teaspoon of ground red chili powder or half a teaspoon of cayenne powder and one and a half teaspoon of fine sea salt into a small bowl.

Step 2: Then pat dry the 12 pieces of lamb chops which should be around 1 inch thick with the help of paper towels.

Step 3: Add seasoning to both the sides of the pat dried 12 pieces of lamb chops which should be around 1 inch thick. Then place the seasoned lamb chops in a tray cover them and let them sit for around 30 minutes to one hour max at room temperature.

Step 4: Before final grilling, preheat the grill and clean the grates. Then drizzle some olive oil over the seasoned lamb chops. When the grates are hot, place the drizzled and seasoned 12 pieces of lamb chops which should be around 1 inch thick on the hot grates and cook on both for around three to three and the half minutes until the internal temperature reaches around  145 degree Fahrenheit which is around 63 degree Celcius make it rare. In order to make it well done,  drizzled and seasoned 12 pieces of lamb chops needs to be cooked at 160 degrees.

Step 5:  After three to three and the half minutes,  grilled and seasoned 12 pieces of lamb chops needs to removed from the grills and covered. It is then left to rest for around five minutes and then transferred to a serving platter and Vola! Your lip-smacking and mouth easy to cook grilled lamb chops with garam masala and cumin is ready. Best served with two limes quartered and cut into two half.
