Step two: Add the remaining half teaspoons of Garam Masala to the chicken mixture. Increase the heat to medium flame and let the mixture boil for around five more minutes. Step 3: Add seasoning to both the sides of the pat dried 12 pieces of lamb chops which should be around 1 inch thick. Then place the seasoned lamb chops in a tray cover them and let them sit for around 30 minutes to one hour max at room temperature.

Step 4: Before final grilling, preheat the grill and clean the grates. Then drizzle some olive oil over the seasoned lamb chops. When the grates are hot, place the drizzled and seasoned 12 pieces of lamb chops which should be around 1 inch thick on the hot grates and cook on both for around three to three and the half minutes until the internal temperature reaches around  145 degree Fahrenheit which is around 63 degree Celcius make it rare. In order to make it well done,  drizzled and seasoned 12 pieces of lamb chops needs to be cooked at 160 degrees.

Step 5:  After three to three and the half minutes,  grilled and seasoned 12 pieces of lamb chops needs to removed from the grills and covered.
