How To Prepared: 

Step1: Measure 1 cup of coconut oil and scoop it out into a mixing bowl. Whip the coconut oil with a stand or hand mixer until it is light and fluffy. Tip: If the coconut oil is room temperature and already liquid, one can skip this step.

Step 2: Mix the whipped coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt together. Mix well and slowly add honey or sweetener of choice. Mix in 2 drops of peppermint essential oil (optional).

Step 3: Pour and spread fudge evenly cover the pan with a lid or plastic wrap.

Step 4: Refrigerate until the fudge is set and hard. Then cut fudge into small squares and serve chill!

How To Prepared: 

Step 1: Place all ingredients in the jar that just fits the head of the immersion blender. Let ingredients settle for a few seconds.

Step 2: Place the head of the immersion blender down into the mixture at the bottom of the jar. Turn on high speed. Do not move the head until a white, creamy, thick mayo forms at the bottom by the head - this will take a few seconds. Begin to slowly tilt and lift the immersion blender in order to emulsify all the oil; turn the blender off and use the head to push down the oil at the top if necessary. When all oil is emulsified, remove blender and season with salt to taste.
